Who Can Qualify for Interline Rates?​

Active UPS Employees

  • Currently employed by UPS in any division (air, ground, corporate).

  • Includes full-time, part-time, union, and non-union employees.

  • Note: Some cruise lines exclude certain roles (e.g., drivers). Check line-specific eligibility.

Retired UPS Employees

  • Retired former UPS employees receiving pension or retiree benefits.

  • The company must still be in operation (defunct companies typically do not qualify).

Immediate Family Members

  • Typically includes:

    • Spouse or registered domestic partner

    • Dependent children (usually under age 21–25)

    • Parents and parents-in-law

  • Some cruise lines allow extended family or adult children — policies vary by cruise line.

Cabin Allowances

Cruise lines differ in how many cabins and which family members can travel under interline rates:

  • Additional cabins may require verification of relationship or special approval.

Eligibility

To confirm your eligibility, you must provide proof of your UPS employment during registration. Failure to do so may result in loss of interline rate.
